REFUND AND REPLACEMENT POLICY

CoolGenie.in values its customer experiences very seriously.

Refund will be given only when:

  • The product is unavailable due to some reasons.
  • The product is taking more than 7 days to dispatch from our side.
  • For the wrong product or a defective product delivered, company will either replace the product with the correct one
  • Product is lost in transit

However, in case if a wrong or a defective product has been delivered, do let us know within 48 hours. You can write to us at teamcoolgenie@gmail.com or Whatsapp us at 8766438392.

Note:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you’ve received a defective, damaged product please take videos of an unboxing of the package, photos of the product with the shipping label, damaged area and proof of purchase. 

Refunds will be processed promptly based on the merit assessment by team CoolGenie.in

We does not guarantee refund for cases where:

  • Items are delivered to incorrect address provided by the customer
  • Unsuccessful deliveries arising from the recipient not being present at the time of delivery at the address provided by the customer or the recipient refusing to accept the delivery. (You can ask for reattempt by paying delivery charges again)
